1. The ecmaxworld.com Service provides sellers with the ability to create and sell custom phonecases and covers and buyers with the ability to find high-quality, unique products. This agreement governs your use of our online store site www.ecmaxworld.com and service, including all orders made or processed for products or services in connection with the site and service.
2. ecmaxworld.com.com may change these terms from time to time. If ecmaxworld.com.com makes changes to these terms, you will be notified and asked to accept the new terms as a condition of continuing to use ecmaxworld.com.com site and service. If you disagree with any amendments, you must stop using our site and service.
2. Use of the ecmaxworld.com Site and Service
Information You Provide: Certain features of the ecmaxworld.com Service require registration. If you choose to register, you agree to provide and maintain accurate, current and complete information about yourself. Registration data and personal information about you are governed by our Privacy Policy.
Member Account, Password and Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, if any, and are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under your password or account. Ecmaxworld.com reserves the right to terminate accounts and/or campaigns that are inactive for six (6) months or more.
Multiple Member Accounts Prohibited: Operating and maintaining multiple member accounts is prohibited. If you have a legitimate business need for a second account, you can apply for an exception to this policy by following the process outlined in ecmaxworld.com’s Training Center.
Misuse of Member Account: If you repeatedly upload excessive amounts of data, engage in fraud or other illegal activity, fail to comply with the Terms of Service or any other ecmaxworld.com's policies, or otherwise use the service in an excessive or unreasonable way, ecmaxworld.com may, in its sole discretion, cancel your campaigns, suspend your use of ecmaxworld.com tools and reports, restrict or terminate your account, and/or withhold and/or withhold and disburse any proceeds associated with that account.
Promotions: Any contests, sweepstakes, surveys, games or similar promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through the ecmaxworld.com's Service may be governed by specific rules that are in addition to these Terms of Service. By participating in any Promotion, you will become subject to those rules. To the extent that the terms and conditions of the Promotion rules conflict with these Terms of Service, the terms and conditions of the Promotion will control.
