How does Our Store protect my payments?

Using the shopping cart to place an order


1. Please click the "Add to cart" button to add the items

2. Simply select the proper shipping method for all items from the same supplier

3. The system will automatically combine these products into one order for you

4. After that, you can click the "Buy all from this seller" button to place order with one supplier. You can also click the "Buy All" button to place order for all the items in your shopping cart

Currently suppliers can choose from the following express shipping options: UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, EMS, TOLL, e-EMS, ePacket, China Post Registered Air Mail, China Post Air Parcel, China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus, HongKong Post Air Mail, HongKong Post Air Parcel, Singapore Post, Swiss Post, Sweden Post, Russian Air, Special Line-YW, DHL Global Mail and S.F. Express.

 

Customs & import taxes

 

  • Orders may need to clear customs in your country.
  • Please check if your order will incur additional import duties, taxes or other customs related charges.
  • Import duties, taxes or other customs charges will be collected by the shipping company upon delivery.
  • Suppliers are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
  • Additional costs or delays may occur during international trade. We sincerely hope that you do not use additional import costs or customs clearance delays as a reason for requesting refunds or leaving negative feedback.

How to return ?

 
Easy 
You could return items locally and easily within 2 weeks after delivered if they have any quality problems such as : broken, dirty,  not as description etc.
Customer must inform us of any returns or exchanges via email before return shipping your item.
Merchandise must be returned in unused, new condition within 14 days after the order's delivery to qualify.
Return package must be accompanied with the invoice and in original unopened packaging.
 
 
Fast
Refund will be made to you once we confirm receipt of your returned parcel which meet the conditions for reimbursement.Not all countries on include the Free Return service. At present, supported countries include the mainland territories of the United States and  Canada .
 
Fee
It is free for you to return the parcel to the designated local return address if you are from USA.  And you need to pay return fee yourself if you are outside mainland territories of the United States and Canada.
 
Note: You can only enjoy one-time free local return for one order. If you initiate multiple return requests under an order, you can only enjoy the free local return service once, and other return requests can still enjoy local return service but you will have to cover the return shipping costs to the designated local return address. Therefore, please consider returning jointly the products to avoid paying that additional shipping cost.
